Automatic corner stacking system for pallets

We design and manufacture automatic corner application systems for pallets. Its main task is to pick up the corners from the dispensers and then place them on the edges of the load that is on the pallet. This process takes place before wrapping the entire load in stretch film. This action is performed automatically, ensuring that all movements are the same. This guarantees that the corners will be applied to the load correctly and in a short time.

The system works as follows. First, the grippers pick up the cardboard corners from the bins. Then they determine where the edges are and place the corners against them. The next step is wrapping the load. It starts from the top and ends at the bottom (by the pallet). Once the corners are wrapped in stretch film, the grippers retract, and the load is transported to the next stage of packing.
