The machine has two binding heads with heat sealing and three lances designed to translate the strap under the pallet, spaced at 420 and 640 mm. The strap tension force is infinitely adjustable from the panel up to 120 kg, allowing the tension to be optimally adjusted to the type of load. The machine's capacity is up to 100 straps per hour, which translates into high productivity. The entire operation is controlled by a state-of-the-art Siemens PLC, working together with an intuitive operator panel, also from Siemens.
