The automatic wrapper with a rotating table for palletized loads, designed and manufactured by Mecwrap, is intended for customers who need and require the highest quality, reliability, and optimization of stretch film consumption while ensuring ease of use and operation of the device. Since quality is a fundamental factor for the company, this wrapper employs the same solution for the stretch film system, starting and ending the wrapping cycle as in the ring wrappers produced by Mecwrap. The performance of this device is up to 40 pallets/h.

Guarantee of a perfect start and finish of the wrapping cycle

The film is placed between layers, and the quality of the finish does not depend on the ambient temperature, thickness of the film, type of film, etc.

The ability to adjust the speed parameters of all movements thanks to the use of frequency converters located inside the control cabinet:

- Speed of the roller conveyor on the wrapping table
- Stretch film stretch
